จักสานไม้ไผ่
เป็นงานหัตถกรรมหนึ่ง และเป็นงานศิลปะประเภททัศนศิลป์ การจักสานเป็นการนำสานวัสดุขนาดเล็กและยาว
มาขัดหรือสานกันให้เป็นชิ้นงาน เช่น เสื่อ ตะกร้า การจักสานมีให้เห็นและเกิดประโยชน์ในครัวเรือนตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน
แต่ก็มีให้เห็นไม่มากนัก มีเฉพาะในบางพื้นที่ของแต่ละภาคเท่านั้น เพราะคนหมู่มากมักไม่นิยมงานหัตถกรรมและให้ความสนใจงานชนิดอื่นมากกว่า
ซึ่งการจักสานไม้ไผ่นอกจากมีประโยชน์ด้านการใช้งานแล้ว
ยังเป็นการสะท้อนถึงวัฒนกรรม ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่เกิดจากการคิดประดิษฐ์งานชิ้นหนึ่งขึ้นมา
และที่สำคัญสะท้อนไปยังภูมิปัญญาของชาวบ้านได้อีกด้วย
ซึ่งทางด้านภาคใต้ของประเทศมีหลายพื้นที่เช่นเดียวกัน
หนึ่งในนั้นมาจากอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก ที่มาจากกลุ่ม
บ้านเจาะบากง โดยงานจักสานไม้ไผ่จากบ้านเจาะบากงนี้ ได้รับรางวัลสินค้าที่มีความโดดเด่นและจัดอยู่ใน
OTOP นวัติวิถี อีกด้วย
และที่สำคัญการจักสานจากบ้านเจาะบากงบาจากงเป็นงานหัตถกรรมหรืองานฝีมือล้วนๆ ดังนั้นจึงมีความโดดเด่นอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ ซึ่งประเภทที่ถูกจักส่วนใหญ่ออกมาในรูปแบบตะกร้า
กระด้ง เสื่อ กระเป๋า เป็นต้น
กลุ่มที่จักสานไผ่ด้วยมือในหมู่บ้านเจาะบากงแห่งนี้ นำโดย คุณสิริรัตน์ คงไกรกล้า โดยมีสมาชิกอีกหลายท่านที่ร่วมจักสานด้วยกัน การจักสานไม่ง่ายและไม่ยากจนเกินไป เนื่องจากเป็นการนำที่ที่มีอยู่ในชุมชนมาประยุกต์ทำเป็นเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งหากผู้ใดมีความสนใจ สถานที่แห่งนี้พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนได้เรียนรู้ ทั้งยังเป็นการรักษาและอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชาวบ้าน
